Four Days in Puerto Vallarta | Mexico

Traffic in Downtown Vallarta is predominantly along north/south streets, with tourist-related retail, restaurants and bars located along the waterfront. Art galleries and several museums are located not far away, with more traditional business scattered throughout the area. The farther away from the water, the more traditional the urban fabric of the community becomes.

Along Downtown Vallarta’s public waterfront, a series of contemporary sculpture enlivens the street scene and provides a backdrop for many outdoor gatherings and tourist photos. Included here are some of the sculpture that can be seen along the way.
