Outside of the three Village centers, luxury condominiums take advantage of mountain views and access to Gore Creek or adjacent ski facilities. Farther east and west of the Villages, as well as on the mountainside north of Interstate 70 single family and duplex homes are located adjacent to several golf courses and wetlands areas, or nestled among groves of Quaking Aspen.
